Yoga for children

Real education is educating the behavior of the mind, and this is done by yoga

Science is very clear about the effect of yoga on the brain, mind, human consciousness, and character.

Most children are resisting the conventional educational system. That's mainly because that's a system based on teaching not on educating.

Ada's way of teaching yoga is through playing, thus it is not perceived as teaching but as a game and hence faces less resistance from children
