Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy utilizes poses, breathing techniques, and meditation to benefit and improve overall health.

The number of people doing yoga, specifically for therapeutic reasons, is rising. More and more doctors and healthcare practitioners are recommending yoga to complement usual medical care.

I use different yogic techniques to create programs that address different health issues, such as physical injury or pain, or mental and emotional stress or trauma and many other health issues.
